Unexpected Progress Topic


I dislike logging foods however, I have found that on MND I am enjoying logging, trying to stay in the numbers as best I can and seeing the results. It's been about a week and already I have lots almost 2 lbs - something I have struggled with for months trading back and forth the same lbs!!
I look forward to seeing what I can accomplish this next week and logging will be a part of that. It's a trend I want to see continue as the lbs leave and never come back .. oh how my knees must be happy over those lbs gone this week, that means less pressure on them !
