Two-month celebration Topic


I started my healthy eating journey on March 1 and discovered this App on April 1. I'm two months in (one month using the app). I've had only one orange day; otherwise - all green for April! I am 15 pounds down in two months! I am quickly approaching my intermediary goal and then I plan to set a new weight loss goal. I upgraded to Premium so I could use the fasting tracker. I just figured out that I could add "future meals" to the app while I"'m still in my home kitchen and before I head off to work. This way I can scan labels. So helpful.
