I am logging my diet which is rice seasoned with Sazon and boneless skinless chicken thighs which has no fats but for some reason it says I'm eating too much fat. How do I fix this?

Thanks for your question. Are you logging each component separately?
Even skinless chicken thighs have some fat (about 5 grams per thigh).
If you tap on the fat total on your dashboard, or by tapping the three dots on the top right and choosing "analyze macros," you can see which foods contributed the most to your fat total.
