Fairly new on MND. I am really loving it so far. Right now I have the free plan but if things continue to go well and I continue to feel comfortable using it regularly, I will most likely upgrade to Premium. I'll be 59 this year and have been in various degrees of "need to lose weight" since I was about 25. At this point, my small goal is to lose 15 pounds in the next couple of months. Big goal is to lose well over 100. Yikes! Nothing I've done previously has worked very well or worked and stuck. I am hoping this will be what really helps me relearn my relationship with food and see my health improving steadily. Best of luck to us all!
