Daily Calories Topic

Started with 1488 calories per day to lose weight.
6/30 - Was adjusted to 1459 by selecting the auto pilot and selecting the RECOMMEND button. So now my calories prior to 6/30 all show 1459, which is kinda not fair. Anyways wanted to write this so I don't forget.
