Mounjaro (and Ozempic / Wegovy) Topic

been on MJ for 9 days so far and lost 4.5Kg , no surpise as the injections are helping keep food noise suppressed , but finding this app (and a new Pixel watch with fitbit in) really helping .

Is there anyone else on a similar path or been on MJ for a while ?
