Suggested goals when exercising for disabled dieters. Topic

I see suggested goals for i.e. steps, walking etc. so hi that someone like me with severe COPD could not reach in a week. Yes, I do set mine, but feedback is limited. Should I just work towards my goals and adjust as needed or is there another way?

Hi Demaiojames- Welcome to MyNetDiary!
Physical activity goals are deeply personal and there are many factors that go into setting a movement goal. By all means, listen to your body and your health care provider when setting your step goal. No reason to go beyond what your breathing will allow.

You can set your step goals in the app by tapping on Steps (from your Dashboard or home screen) > Daily Step goal. So yes, set your goal and work towards it-

It would be great if MyNetDiary tracked Amino Acids accurately. Many foods that contain high quality protein (eggs, whey powered, etc. ) will give 0 for the EAA. I'd love to track these to make sure my protein is quality. I am currently thinking of switching APPS (if, of course, I can find one that tracks the specific Amino Acids.

Thank you.
